The location is very comfortable and marvelous, right in the center of the building with great natural light. It is a short walk to Unico Mall and supermarkets are just around the corner. - the taxi service is very fast and prompt.

Thoroughly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and respectable, the location was particularly good and peaceful pretty much in the area where you 'd want to be. Booked a room with twin beds.

Enormous room with huge bed and jacuzzi. Outdoor pool on fourth floor with balconies. 5-10 min taxi to main parade, minutes walk to all night party. Soundproofing good with salsa music. Decorations and neon carnival uniforms. 15/20 min walk to restaurant/shopping area. Good breakfast. Nice and helpful reception staff. Wendy Pacheco was very concerned about my needs. Contemporary with cool wow factor. Excellent food at Agora restaurant. Room offers items for purchase. Attentive staff. Big swimming pool. Will stay again.

We stayed at this hotel during a festival and it was perfect. The location is great and close to all the action. The service was top-notch with friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor pool area was relaxing, making for a great way to unwind after a busy day. We recommend this place to everyone.

The rooms have a great layout, opening onto a sunlit atrium. The king-sized bed is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offers a good variety, with made-to-order eggs/omelettes. The atmosphere during Carnaval is festive. The recent changes with card-operated doors and lights control are convenient.
